3.3 One Account per Person

Each person is permitted to hold only one Account with gsg108. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under Your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts based on personal details, device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods, and betting patterns.

If duplicate Accounts are detected, gsg108 reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend all associated Accounts
• Void all bets placed across duplicate Accounts

3.4 KYC Verification

Before processing Your first withdrawal, gsg108 requires completion of KYC verification. You must submit:

1. A clear, colour photograph of the front and back of Your KTP (Indonesian national identity card)
2. A selfie photograph holding Your KTP next to Your face
3. Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)

KYC verification typically completes within 24 hours. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of Account creation may result in Account suspension. Documents submitted must be legible, unaltered, and valid. Submission of fraudulent or doctored documents results in immediate permanent Account closure.

4. Account Security and Responsibilities

4.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account login credentials, including Your username and password. You must not share Your password with any third party. gsg108 will never ask You to disclose Your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel.

You agree to notify gsg108 immediately if You suspect any unauthorised access to or use of Your Account. gsg108 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from Your failure to protect Your Account credentials.

4.2 Account Activity

You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through Your Account, whether authorised by You or not. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. You agree to monitor Your Account regularly for unauthorised activity.

4.3 Prohibited Account Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate Account termination:

• Allowing any other person to use Your Account
• Transferring, selling, or otherwise disposing of Your Account to another person
• Using Your Account for any commercial purpose other than personal entertainment
• Using Your Account to launder money or engage in any illegal financial activity
• Creating an Account on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor to use Your Account

5. Deposits and Account Funding

5.4 Source of Funds

All deposits must originate from a bank account or payment method registered in Your own name. Third-party deposits (payments made from another person's account) are strictly prohibited and will be returned. You confirm that all Funds deposited into Your Account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of crime.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To withdraw Funds from Your Account, You must have:

• Completed KYC verification (first withdrawal only)
• Met all bonus wagering requirements associated with any active or previously claimed bonuses
• A minimum withdrawable balance of Rp 100,000

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–6 hours during Indonesian business hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside business hours or on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day. VIP members receive priority processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account from which deposits were made.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses issued by gsg108 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. These terms include wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Failure to meet bonus terms results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 10x to 25x the bonus amount before the bonus and any winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires total bets of Rp 2,000,000 before withdrawal eligibility.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting software errors, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, is strictly prohibited. Detected bonus abuse results in immediate cancellation of all bonuses, voiding of associated bets, and potential Account closure.

7.4 Withdrawal Before Wagering Completion

If You request a withdrawal before completing bonus wagering requirements, the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus will be automatically forfeited. Only Your original deposit amount will be withdrawable.

8. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

8.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring Your bet selections, stake amounts, and bet types are correct before confirming. gsg108 is not liable for user errors in bet placement.

8.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets are settled based on official results as declared by the governing body of the sport or competition. Live betting markets may be suspended at any time due to significant game events or technical issues.

8.3 Casino and Slots Rules

Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding forfeited bonuses) will be returned to Your registered bank account after deduction of applicable fees or charges.
